Biology and Bioengineering
Researchers at the ICM (Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle Epinière – Brain & Spine Institute) propose spots in their labs to qualified Stanford-in-Paris students who will contribute to the Institution’s different ongoing research projects. Projects proposed change on a year-to-year basis. The work entails observation and learning under the guidance of research supervisors, but also active and contributory research. Students are expected to have academic experience in biology, bioengineering or other specific fields depending on ongoing projects. Much of the research is performed in English.
A maximum of three positions are available

French Heritage Preservation
Heritage Preservation internship invites Stanford students to join French students in preserving cultural heritage. Students identify endangered artworks, raise public awareness, and secure restoration funds, gaining hands-on experience with local authorities, businesses, and communication strategies. Supported by a scientific committee of young conservators and art historians, the campaign has grown from its initial partnership with the École du Louvre to include universities such as the Sorbonne, Sciences Po Paris, and now Stanford. This initiative empowers the next generation of cultural stewards while promoting art conservation.
